Deccan Realty

Deccan Realty is based out of the Team Heritage building. We are positioned around the Indira Nagar and Koramangala area, near the airport road. If you know Bangalore, you know how these areas are always bustling. It is a mix of old houses and new shops popping up every week. Our office is not anything spectacular, just a functional space where we handle realty work. We spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to live or what they want to sell. The traffic around here can be pretty bad at times, but being central makes it easier for people to reach us. We have got a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days. It is a local operation. We do not have a massive team or a big marketing budget. We just know the streets and the buildings in this part of town really well. Sometimes we are out all day looking at different spots, and other times we are just stuck here doing the legal bits and the paperwork. It is a lot of coordination. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what is available in the neighborhood. We keep things pretty informal. There is usually someone around to answer questions, though we might be busy with a client or on the phone. It is just the regular flow of a small real estate office in a big, busy city. We take it one day at a time.
