Daya Real Estate

Daya Real Estate is located at 254/1 Banaswadi Singasandra Road. We are tucked right behind M S R, which is the main landmark people use to find us. The office isn't very large, just a couple of desks and some maps pinned to the wall showing the different plots and layouts around the area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking around looking at different properties. Banaswadi is growing fast, so there is always some new construction or a fence going up somewhere nearby. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, so we are always cleaning the floor. We have a lot of old ledgers where we keep notes on who is looking for what. It is a simple business, mostly just talking to people and trying to figure out where they want to live or start a shop. We drink a lot of tea here while waiting for clients to show up. Sometimes they are late because of the traffic on Singasandra Road, but we don't mind much. The office has a ceiling fan that squeaks a little, but it keeps the air moving. We don't have fancy brochures or big signs, just a name on the door and some chairs for people to sit while we look through the listings. It’s just everyday work, helping people find a spot that fits what they are looking for. We’ve been at this for a while and know the local streets well.
