We are located on the 1st floor of the N S Building, right on 12th Main in Koramangala 4th Block. It’s 4th Cross, and we are directly opposite Raheja Arcade, which most people know. Being in Koramangala, things are always moving fast, but our office stays pretty grounded. We handle properties around this part of Bangalore. It’s not a huge corporation. It’s just a group of us who know the local streets and the buildings around here. The office is functional. We have some desks, some chairs for when people come to talk, and a lot of maps of the local blocks. We don't do the whole polished, corporate sales pitch. Usually, we just tell people what we know about a certain apartment or commercial space. Sometimes the traffic on 12th Main makes it hard to get anywhere, so we spend a lot of time on the phone. We’ve seen Koramangala change a lot over the years, and we’ve kept up with it as best as we can. Our business comes mostly from people seeing our sign or hearing about us from someone else who rented a place through us. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up every day, answer the calls, and try to match people with the right space. If you are looking for something in the 4th Block, we are probably just across the street from where you are standing.
