Daneshwari Minerals

We are located out in Village Post-Hubli, in the Dharwad district. Daneshwari Minerals is a local business that deals with what the earth gives us. Being out in the village area means it’s a bit different from working in the middle of a big city. We have more space, but the logistics can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We spend a lot of time looking at samples and managing the loading of trucks. It’s dirty work and you shouldn't come here wearing your best clothes. We started this because we knew the area well and saw an opportunity. Most of our workers live nearby, so it feels like a big family sometimes. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just talk to people and get things done. The roads around here can be rough on the vehicles, so we’re always fixing something. We don't really have a set routine because every day depends on what’s needed. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s non-stop for twelve hours. We just take it as it comes. It’s a practical business for practical people. We don't worry about being the biggest, we just want to be reliable for the folks who count on us. Every evening we lock up and head home, ready to do it all again tomorrow.
