We’ve been running D M Realtors out of 24/6 Vijaya Nagar for some time now. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy lobby to impress people. Usually, it’s just a couple of us answering phones and looking at property listings. Vijaya Nagar is where we live and work so we know the streets pretty well. We help people find places to stay or sell the homes they have. It’s a lot of walking around and showing houses to families. Some days are long and we don’t get much done, but that’s just how real estate goes. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. The office is plain and we keep our records in old-fashioned folders mostly. It’s worked for us so far. If you are looking for 24/6, it’s easy to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We don’t use any special tricks to sell things. We just tell people what the price is and what the house looks like inside. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We like the local vibe here. There’s always someone stopping by for a chat about the market or just to say hello. We plan on staying right here in Vijaya Nagar for a good long while because it feels like home to us.
