D J Realtors is based at number 126 in Basaveshwara Nagar. We are on Tower Road, which is pretty close to the Pavithra Paradise Hotel. Our day is mostly spent talking to people about houses and plots. We have a small office where we keep all the files and documents. It’s not very big, and sometimes the papers pile up on the desks. We walk around the neighborhood a lot showing different properties to folks looking to move into the area. Basaveshwara Nagar is a nice part of town, and we know most of the lanes and shortcuts around here. Dealing with real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the legal stuff and signatures, so we just try to get through it one step at a time. We don't wear suits or anything like that; we just dress regular and do our work. Some days are really busy with people calling and asking about prices, and other days it is quiet enough to catch up on the newspaper. We’ve been at this location for a while, so people know where to find us if they need help with a rental or buying something. It’s just us doing our job and trying to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a local office helping people find a place to stay or invest.
