D. J. Max Engineering Systems

D. J. Max Engineering Systems is over at 340, 3rd Main Road in Vijaya Nanda Nagar. We’re near the Nandini Layout Post in the Vijaynagar area. It’s a good spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes with the delivery trucks. We’ve been doing engineering systems here for quite a while. Our shop is a mix of computers and heavy tools. We spend a lot of time looking at designs and then trying to make them work in the real world. It’s not always a smooth process. There’s a lot of trial and error involved in what we do. The staff here is a small, tight-knit group. We usually eat lunch together and complain about the heat or the latest project we’re stuck on. We don't have a lot of corporate rules. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to make sure everything that leaves the shop is done right. People from all over Vijaynagar come to us because we’ve been around and they know our faces. We don't use any fancy language to describe our work. We just tell it like it is. If a job is going to take two weeks, we say it’ll take two weeks. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, and it seems to work for us and our customers. Sometimes we have to stay late, but we usually make up for it with a laugh and some tea to keep us going.
