Our office is set up in Flat No 5 at Sriguru Enclave Apartments. It’s on 4th Main Road in Amarjyothi Layout, over in RMV II Stage. It’s more of a residential-feeling spot which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than a big glass tower. We’ve been in Bangalore for a while now, and this particular neighborhood is quite nice. There are a few of us here handling the daily property business. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing up reports about different buildings. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about, but it’s important for the people we help. We don’t go in for fancy decor or anything like that. The apartment serves us well as an office. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we manage. We know the RMV area pretty well by now. People usually find us by looking for the Enclave on the 4th Main. We don’t have a big sign or anything, just a regular door like any other flat. We prefer it that way. It keeps things simple and honest. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide some local knowledge on real estate and keep our heads down. The commute around here can be a pain during peak hours, but that's Bangalore for you. We just try to get in early and get through the list of things that need doing. We take our tea breaks together and talk about normal things.
