We are located at 6, 1st Cross, 2nd Main in Canara Bank Colony. It’s in Chikkalasandra, Bangalore 560061. Cushman & Wakefield Pvt Ltd has been here for a bit now. It’s a quiet enough area, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on work. Our office is pretty simple. We don't have any of that corporate decor you see in movies. It’s just desks, some chairs, and plenty of paperwork. We deal with real estate and property management, but we don't make it sound more complicated than it is. Most of our day is spent talking on the phone or meeting people at different sites. We aren't the type to use big, fancy words to sound important. We just speak plain English and get to the point. Sometimes the office gets a little messy when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We don't mind. It shows we’re actually working. The colony is a nice place to be, and we have some good neighbors. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest office in Bangalore. We just want to do a solid job and make sure the details are right. If you come by, don't expect a red carpet. Just expect some regular people working hard to get things sorted out for our clients. It’s a straightforward life here.
