We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood, not just a bunch of offices. The 560010 area has changed a lot, but we’ve stayed consistent. Our space isn't anything too flashy. It's just a functional office where we handle real estate stuff. We don't spend our time making fancy presentations. Usually, we are just talking to people, checking out sites, or sitting at our desks trying to get through the paperwork. It gets a bit loud when the traffic picks up on the main road, but that’s just part of being in this city. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. It’s a very human environment. We don't have a dress code that makes everyone look like a robot. We just show up, do what needs to be done for the day, and go home. If someone needs help with a property in this part of Bangalore, they usually find their way to our door. We don't promise the moon, we just do the work. It’s straightforward and honest, which is how we like it.
