You can find us at No. 5 Bakula Nivas on the 3rd Cross of 1st Main Road. This part of Bangalore, the 560057 area, is where we have set up our local base. It’s a residential-feeling street, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate hub, which we actually prefer. The office itself is just a few rooms where we keep our desks and all the paperwork. We don't have a big staff here, just a few of us who handle the local property matters and keep things ticking along. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in the city. We aren't here to impress people with a big glass building. We just need a place to sit and talk to clients when they come through the door. Usually, we are out visiting sites or checking on things around town, so the office can be a bit quiet during the middle of the day. We have some old filing cabinets that are overflowing and the desks are usually covered in maps and notes. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. We just try to stay honest with our work and get things done without making a big deal out of it. It is just a normal place where we do our daily business.
