Crown Realty is located at 65 Shivananda Circle in Victoria Layout. It’s a pretty central spot, so we see a lot of people passing by every day. The office is basically where we handle all the paperwork for houses and land. We aren’t some big corporate firm with hundreds of employees; it’s just us here trying to help people figure out their property stuff. Shivananda Circle can get really loud with all the cars and bikes, but once you step inside, it’s a bit more manageable. We have a few desks and chairs where we sit down with folks to talk about what they are looking for or what they want to sell. Most of our work involves going through listings, making phone calls, and visiting sites around this part of town. Victoria Layout is a nice area, and we’ve been around here long enough to know the streets pretty well. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or anything like that. People just come in because they saw the sign or someone told them about us. We show them what’s available on the market and tell them the prices as they are. It’s practical work, mostly involving a lot of coordination and waiting for documents to come through. We just try to get the job done so people can move into their new places or finish their deals without too much headache.
