Creps Bar

Creps Bar is our little spot in Whitefield, specifically at Rashmi Society 41400. We decided to focus on crepes because we thought it was something different for the area. It is not a massive restaurant with a hundred tables. It is more of a bar setup where you can see us making the food right in front of you. Whitefield is a hectic place with all the traffic and the construction going on, but inside Rashmi Society, it feels a little different. We started out with just a couple of pans and a simple idea. Now we have a few more things on the menu, but we keep the spirit the same. The address 41400 is where we spend most of our waking hours. We do both the sweet kind and the ones that are more like a meal. It is a lot of work keeping the batter just right and making sure the heat is consistent. Sometimes we run out of things if the day is busier than we expected. We do not use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just make the food and hope people enjoy it enough to come back next week. It is a small business and we handle everything ourselves from the shopping to the sweeping at night. It is just a practical little shop for anyone who wants a crepe without any fuss or waiting in a long line.
