Crazy Real Estate is based right here in JP Nagar. We don’t have a complicated address to remember because we’ve been operating out of this area for a long time. JP Nagar is a big place with many phases, but we stay focused on the local streets and houses around here. We deal with buying and selling property, which can be a real headache with all the legal papers and finding the right buyers at the right time. Our office is a simple one. We have some chairs for people to sit and talk about what they're looking for, whether it's a small flat or a plot of land. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls or fancy suits. It’s more of a place where you can get a cup of tea and talk about land prices without feeling rushed. We know the different phases of JP Nagar pretty well since we spend most of our time driving around looking at sites and checking out new developments. Sometimes the market is slow and we just sit around and talk, and other times it’s so busy we can’t keep up with the phone calls. We don’t use those high-pressure sales tactics you see in movies. We just show what’s available and tell people the honest truth about the neighborhood. Being in JP Nagar means we see a lot of people moving in and out, and we like being a part of that process. We’re just regular people trying to help.
