We are located over at 51, 3rd Phase in the Sarakki Industrial Layout. If you walk by, you can usually smell the coffee beans roasting from the street. It’s not a very fancy building or anything, just a regular place where we get the work done every day. My family started this a long time ago and we just kept going with it. There’s always bags of beans stacked up and the machines making a lot of noise in the back. Some days it gets pretty hectic with the deliveries coming in and out of the layout. We don’t really do big speeches or anything like that. We just focus on getting the coffee ready. The staff here has been around for years, so we all know what needs to be done without talking too much about it. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the industrial stuff going on nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We spend most of our time checking the roasts and making sure things aren't sitting around too long. It’s simple work but it takes a lot of time to get it right. Most people around here know us just as the coffee place in the layout. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a local business doing its thing day after day in Sarakki.
