Cosmo Cabs is located over in Kaval Byrasandra, specifically at 23/1 in Brundavan Layout. We are on the 2nd Cross, quite near the Pushpanjali landmark, which is how most drivers find us. Our office is where we manage all the bookings and keep track of where the cars are. It’s not a very big office, just a few desks and a lot of phones ringing. Running a cab service in this city is a lot of work because the traffic is always changing. We spend most of our time talking to drivers and making sure they know where to pick people up. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all morning. We have been in this spot for a while now. It’s a local operation, and we know the roads around here very well. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big shiny building. It’s just a functional space to get the job done. Often, the drivers stop by for a break or to settle their accounts. It can get a bit loud with everyone talking at once. We just focus on getting people from one place to another without too much fuss. Every day is different depending on the weather and the roads. We just take it as it comes and try to keep the cars moving. It’s a tough business, but we keep at it day after day. It’s just part of the city life.
