Corporate Estate Avenue

Our place, Corporate Estate Avenue, is at 47 BTM Layout 2nd Stage. It’s a fairly straightforward office in a residential and commercial mix of a neighborhood. We deal with real estate stuff from here. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and files. BTM Layout is always full of people, so there's always something going on outside our door. We’ve been at this address for a good number of years now. Most of the time we are out looking at properties or meeting people, so the office is just a home base for the paperwork. It can get a bit dusty with the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is around here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people who come in or call us. The 2nd Stage is a large area, but number 47 is easy to spot once you're on the right street. We try to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes we're running a bit behind on the filing because things get busy. It’s a small team of us working here. We know the local area quite well since we spend all our time in these streets. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up with the daily tasks. We’ve been part of the BTM community for a long time and plan to stay right here at 47.
