Corner East Properties is situated at 525 HRBR Layout in the Nakhate Wasti area. It’s a decent spot for a property office. We spend most of our time talking to people about houses and land around here. The HRBR Layout is a place we know well because we walk these streets every day. Our office at number 525 is where we keep all our files and maps. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some chairs for people to sit and some old cupboards for our paperwork. Nakhate Wasti has its own local feel, away from the really noisy parts of the main city. We see a lot of people coming in to ask about what’s available in the neighborhood. Sometimes the weather is hot and we just keep the fans going while we look through listings. We don't use any fancy software or big screens to show things off. Usually, it's just us explaining things over a cup of tea. The building we are in is quite ordinary, just like the others on the block. We’ve been part of the HRBR community for a good bit of time now. Working in real estate means we are always out and about, but this office is where everything gets sorted. It's a simple life of helping people find a place to stay or invest their money. We just stay focused on the local properties that we know best. Sometimes we just sit outside the office and watch the street life in Nakhate Wasti.
