Colliers International

Our office for Colliers International is at 36 /201/202 Dickenson Road, inside the Prestige Garnet building. It’s a well-known building in this part of the city. While the name might sound big, here on Dickenson Road, we’re just a group of people working on real estate and property matters. The office is on one of the upper floors, so we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually jammed with cars. We spend most of our time at our desks or in meetings, talking about buildings, leases, and land. It’s a lot of data and looking at maps of the city. Dickenson Road is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. We’ve got a lot of files and computers that stay humming all day. It’s the kind of place where people are always coming and going for different appointments. We don’t really do much to make the place look special; it’s just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes we grab lunch at one of the small places nearby or just bring something from home. It’s a professional environment but it still has that local Bangalore feel because of the staff and the way we interact with people. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and we’re quite used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It's just part of the daily life around here.
