Coffee Drip

Coffee Drip is a small shop at House No. 436 on Gb Palya Road. We are very close to the bus stand in Hongasandra, so there is a lot of foot traffic right outside our door. We started this place because it seemed like the neighborhood needed a simple spot for coffee. The shop is quite narrow, and if more than four or five people come in at once, it feels very crowded. We don't have a big crew, just a couple of us who take turns behind the counter and cleaning up. The walls are a bit plain, and we have been talking about putting up some pictures or painting them, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Our customers are mostly commuters waiting for their bus or people who live in the apartments nearby. We don't use any complicated equipment, just a basic setup that gets the job done. Sometimes the morning rush is a bit much and we run a little slow, but people generally don't mind waiting a minute. The front window gets quite dirty from the street grime, so we have to wash it almost every day. It’s not a polished or fancy place by any means. It’s just a practical coffee shop in Hongasandra where we do our best to keep the pots full and the floor swept throughout the day. We like the busy atmosphere of being near the bus stand.
