Cleartitle Properties

You can find us at 7/84, 5Th Main Road in Teacher'S Colony. It’s part of the Jakkasandra area, sitting between 1St Block Koramangala and Hsr Layout 5Th Sector. Because of where we are, we get a mix of people from both neighborhoods. Cleartitle Properties is just a regular office located on a street with lots of trees. It is much quieter here than on the main roads of Hsr Layout. Our office has a few old chairs and a big wooden desk where we do most of our writing. We keep our files in stacks because we haven't quite mastered the digital filing system yet. Every morning starts with sweeping the front step and getting the lights turned on. We spend a lot of time walking between the different blocks nearby, so we are out of the office quite a bit. The Teacher'S Colony area has a nice, calm feel to it. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or big posters on the walls. It’s just us doing our job and helping people who come through the door. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark during our meetings, but we don't mind. It feels like home here. We have been in this spot for several years and it suits the way we like to work. It’s practical and it gets the job done without any fuss.
