Our place is at No.83 in Jayanagar 4th Block. It’s right near the Sub Registrar Office on 13th Main Road. Jayanagar is a nice area, lots of trees and people walking around. We deal with minerals, so there's always some sample rocks or bags of stuff sitting around the office. It’s not the cleanest business, but we like it. We’ve been in this spot for years. People know us in the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just answer the phone and talk to our regular buyers. Sometimes we're out visiting sites, so the office might be quiet. But usually, someone is there at the desk. The 4th Block is a busy hub. Parking can be a pain if you come at the wrong time. We’ve got a small storage area in the back for samples. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just know our minerals. It’s what we’ve always done. The office has old wooden furniture and some dusty shelves. It feels like a real place of work. We’re happy staying right here where we are. It works for us and our customers know where to find us. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to say hello. It’s that kind of place. We just keep the records in big ledgers and do things the old-fashioned way mostly. It works for us fine.
