City Taxi Tours & Travels

We've been at the N S Complex in Kundalahalli for a bit now, right on the first floor. It's just a small office where we handle the taxi bookings and travel stuff. Most days it's busy with drivers coming in and out or people calling to see if we can get them a ride to the airport or somewhere far. We started this because we know the roads around here well. Sometimes the traffic is a mess, but we try to manage. There's just a few of us working the phones and keeping the cars moving. It isn't a fancy setup, just some desks and a couple of chairs for when customers walk in. We know the Kundalahalli area like the back of our hands. People usually find us when they need to get somewhere and don't want to deal with the apps. It’s a straightforward business. We keep our logs on the desk and just try to make sure the drivers show up where they are supposed to. If you are near the 1st floor of the N S Complex, you'll see our sign. It's just City Taxi Tours & Travels. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people in the neighborhood who know we're here. We’ve had some of the same drivers for years now. It gets hot in the afternoons but we stay busy. That's pretty much how it goes here every day.
