City Line Real Estate is right on the ground floor at 15 Kasturba Road. Being near Canara Bank makes it very easy to explain our location to anyone who is looking for us. It is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a small office where we keep all our files and maps. People often walk in just to ask about a property or to see what is available in the neighborhood. We do not have any big sales pitches prepared. We just sit down and talk about what is out there. The ground floor spot is handy because nobody has to climb any stairs. Kasturba Road is one of those places that never really sleeps. We have seen all sorts of people come through our door over the years. Some are looking for their first home, and others just want a small shop space. We just try to keep track of who is selling and who is buying. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. Sometimes we are out on the field looking at sites, and other times we are just here at 15 Kasturba Road tidying up the office. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We like the energy of being right in the middle of everything, even with all the noise and the honking from the street.
