We are located at 212 HRBR Layout, right on the 4th Cross in the 3rd Block. This part of HRBR is actually quite nice, lots of trees and quiet streets, though the traffic on the main road can be a headache. We deal with houses and land around here. It’s mostly people looking to buy a place or maybe rent out their ground floor. Our office is small, just a desk, a few plastic chairs, and a map of the layout pinned to the wall. We spend most of our time out on our bikes, showing people different properties or checking on sites. You won't find any glossy brochures here. We just know the area well because we live and work right in this neighborhood. If a house goes up for sale on the next street, we usually hear about it before the sign even goes up. People stop by to ask about prices or just to complain about the new construction down the lane. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the local rules and the people who live here. Sometimes we sit on the porch and talk to the neighbors while waiting for a client to show up. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just help people find a spot that fits what they need in this corner of the city.
