City Darshan City Taxi

We have been around Doorvani Nagar for quite a while now. Most local people know the spot near Udayanagar because we are right there by the 1st Main in BSR Layout. If you have ever spent any time on Old Madras Road, you know how the traffic gets during the peak hours. That is just part of the everyday job for us here. We spend most of our days behind the steering wheel, just watching the city change through the window. Sometimes the rain makes things very slow, or a road gets closed for some repairs, but we just keep moving. It is not a fancy office with glass doors or anything like that. Just a small place where we keep the cars ready and the keys organized. People call us when they need to get somewhere, maybe the railway station or just across town for a job interview. We know the shortcuts that avoid the worst of the traffic signals, though sometimes there is just no escaping the jams. The drivers here mostly live nearby, so we know the turns and the landmarks by heart. It is a lot of sitting and waiting for the next call to come in, usually drinking tea at the corner stall while the car engines cool down. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the car shows up when someone is standing outside with their heavy bags. It is basic, practical work.
