City Choice

Our place is at 934, 16th Main Road in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. City Choice is a small operation, and we like keeping it that way. The office is not very big, so we end up bumping into each other a lot, but it helps us stay on top of things. We have a lot of files and boxes stacked up in the corners because we never seem to have enough storage space. The 16th Main is a busy road, so there is always the sound of horns and engines in the background while we work. We do not have a dedicated cleaning crew, so we take turns keeping the place tidy. It is a very hands-on environment. If a customer calls, they talk to one of us directly, not a machine or a remote call center. We spend our days checking lists and making sure everything is in its right place. Sometimes the internet goes down or the water cooler leaks, and we just deal with it as it happens. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do a solid job for the people who rely on us. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we are more like friends than coworkers. We share snacks in the afternoon and complain about the traffic like everyone else in BTM. It is just a normal office run by normal people who care about getting the work done.
