Citi Properties

Citi Properties is based at 2588 Vinayaka Nagar, specifically on the 18th Main in the 2nd Stage. Our office is on the 1st floor, and we are right behind the Nandini Hotel. If you know the hotel, you can find us easily. It is a good neighborhood to work in, and we have been here for a decent amount of time. Being on the 1st floor gives us a little bit of privacy from the street noise, though it is still a lively area. We are a small team that focuses on what is happening right here in Vinayaka Nagar and the surrounding stages. We don't have any grand slogans or fancy mission statements. We just show up in the morning, answer the phones, and help people look at houses or shops. Sometimes we grab lunch at the Nandini Hotel because it is so close. Our office is filled with files and old maps of the area. We know which streets are quiet and which ones get all the traffic. It is the kind of knowledge you only get by being here every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to be the ones people can talk to without feeling like they are being sold something. We keep it plain and simple. If you are around the 18th Main, you can see our place. We are just regular folks doing our best in the property business. Vinayaka Nagar is a great place to be.
