Citi Line Real Estate

Citi Line Real Estate is over at 954 BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We also have a connection to the At Post Kadus area. Our work is mostly about finding houses and plots for people who want to live or invest in this part of town. We are right in the middle of BTM Layout 2nd Stage, which is a very active place. There are always new houses being built and people moving. We spend our mornings checking out new listings and our afternoons showing properties to people. It’s not a polished corporate office. We have some maps on the wall and a couple of chairs for meetings. We talk to a lot of owners and developers around here. Sometimes the property market is fast and other times it’s very slow. We try to keep up with the prices in the area so we can tell people what to expect. We don't do big advertisements. Most people just walk in or call us because they saw our board. We know which streets are quiet and which ones have too much traffic. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We’ve been helping people find their way around the local real estate for a while now. We deal with rentals too, not just sales. It’s just a regular local business helping neighbors find a place to stay or sell their property. We spend plenty of time on the phone and meeting folks near the property sites to show them around.
