Chokandas Real Estate

Chokandas Real Estate is over at 91 Kalyan Nagar. We are on the 2nd Cross in the New Extension. If you are looking for the BDA Complex, we are quite near that landmark. Kalyan Nagar is a nice enough place, and our office is just a simple room where we keep our files. It is not a corporate setup at all. We have a few chairs for people to sit. The 2nd Cross is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which is nice. We spend a lot of time just talking to people about the neighborhood. We know these streets well because we have been here at number 91 for quite a bit. Chokandas Real Estate is just a small name on a board outside. We do not do big advertisements. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign or heard about us from a neighbor. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we clean it every morning. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the day to pass. It is a straightforward business. We do not have any big missions or goals, we just help with real estate stuff here in Kalyan Nagar. The BDA Complex is a good reference point if you get lost looking for the 2nd Cross. Our desks are a bit old now.
