Choco Chips Home Made Chocolates

Our place is on the second floor of Plot No Wz/53 in Mukram Park. It’s right in the Tilak Nagar area, near Gandhi Bazar. Since we are on the second floor, you have to walk up the stairs to find us. It’s not a regular shop with a big sign. It’s basically our home that we’ve turned into a workspace. We started making chocolates on the kitchen table years ago. Now, we have tables set up all over the living room for cooling and wrapping. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the boxes of ingredients stacked against the walls. We don't use any industrial machines. Everything is done by hand with regular bowls and spoons. My sister comes over most afternoons to help with the foil wrapping. It’s a tedious job, but we talk while we work to pass the time. Gandhi Bazar is a very loud and busy place, so we hear a lot of noise from the street below. Up here, it’s a bit more peaceful, though the smell of chocolate is everywhere. We don't have a marketing team or anything polished like that. We just write down orders in a notebook and try to keep up. Sometimes the weather makes the chocolate difficult to work with, but we just wait for it to cool down. It’s a small, family-run operation and we like it that way.
