Flavours N Aromas

Madiwala is always busy. If you go to Total Mall and head up to the 3rd floor, that is where Flavours N Aromas is. We have been here for a while now. The mall gets really crowded on weekends, especially with people coming in from the nearby bus stops and offices. It stays pretty quiet in the mornings when the shops are just opening up. You can hear the escalators humming and the staff moving chairs around. We spend most of our time getting things ready before the lunch rush starts. It is a bit of a walk from the main entrance but once you get to the third floor, it’s easier to find us. The light comes in through the big glass windows sometimes. We have our regulars who come by after shopping downstairs. It’s just a normal spot in the middle of a busy area. Some days the mall management changes things around, but we stay in our corner. It’s not a very big space, but it works for what we do. We usually see the same delivery guys coming in and out all afternoon. Madiwala traffic is something else, so we mostly focus on the people already inside the building. It’s just us, the tables, and the kitchen sounds. We don't do much fancy stuff, just keep the place running every day from morning until the mall shuts down for the night.
