Rich Graviss Product Pvt Ltd is tucked away at 14/4/2 on 3rd Cross in Bangalore. Being in Karnataka, we are right in the thick of things. The 3rd Cross location is a bit narrow, so if you are driving a big car, you have to be careful with the turns. We have a modest office space here. It is mostly just shelves, desks, and a couple of computers. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. When you walk in, you are basically right in the middle of the work area. We start the day early and the first thing is always checking the inventory or the mail. The building is a bit older, so we sometimes have to fix a leaky tap or a flickering light bulb. It is just the reality of working in an older part of the city. We have a small group of people here and we all know each other well. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard, so we usually keep the blinds down for most of the day. It’s a practical place to work. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just delivery guys and the occasional neighbor stopping by to chat. We just keep our heads down and make sure everything is running the way it is supposed to.
