Cookie Man

We are located at 4/9, 3rd Cross in the Venkateshwara Layout. It’s right in the middle of Saddugunte Palya, Bangalore-29. Our little shop is usually busy from the moment we open the doors. We spend most of our time in the back, working with the dough and keeping the ovens at the right temperature. The smell of baking cookies fills up the whole street, which is a nice thing to wake up to. It’s a small team here, and we’ve all been doing this for a while. We don't have any big marketing speeches or anything like that. We just focus on getting the cookies right. Some days it’s really hot in the kitchen, but we just keep at it. We have people coming in from all over the neighborhood, and we know many of them by name. It’s a practical setup with just enough space for what we need. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. The cookies are the main thing, and we try to keep them consistent. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lane outside, but we always figure it out. It’s a local business through and through. We like being in this part of Bangalore because there’s always people walking around. We just keep our heads down, do the baking, and hope people enjoy what we make. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up at night, which is exactly how we like it.
