We have a small office at Shop No 45 on the Railway Parallel Road, right near Kumarapark West. If you are looking for us, we’re close to the Modi Hospital Road and the Shivananda Store. Our shop is pretty basic, just a few chairs and a couple of desks where we keep all our property listings and files. Being a local real estate place, we spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood and talking to people about what’s for sale or rent. We aren't like those big, fancy agencies you see in the city center. It’s just a handful of us who know the streets and the buildings around here really well. Often, you might find the shop closed because we are out showing a house to someone or checking on a site. The Railway Parallel Road can get quite noisy with the trains and the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big mission statement or anything; we just help folks find a place to stay or a spot for their business. It involves a lot of paperwork and sometimes deals fall through at the last minute, which is annoying, but that’s just the nature of the business. We try to keep things honest and straightforward without any of that typical sales talk. The phone rings a lot and the coffee is usually instant.
