We are Chiguru Estate Agency. You can find us at number 10 on Banneraghatta Road. We are quite close to the Vijaya Bank Layout area. It is a busy road, as anyone who lives in Bangalore knows. There is always a lot of traffic passing by. We have our office set up here to handle property stuff. It is a small place, nothing too grand. We spend our days talking to people and looking at papers. That is just how the agency works. Being on Banneraghatta Road means we get a lot of walk-ins. People just stop by to ask questions about the neighborhood. We don't have a big team of suits. It is just a few of us who know the area well. We’ve seen the buildings go up all around us. Vijaya Bank Layout has changed a lot since we started. We just try to keep up with the changes. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, maybe. We have files and maps. It is a practical way to work. We don't use much fancy software. Just our experience and knowing the streets. Sometimes it is stressful when the phones don't stop ringing, but we manage. It’s a local business through and through. We are just here to help with what people need regarding land or houses. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep our doors open and wait for the next person to come in with a query about a plot or a house.
