Mohan Saree Centre

This is our small shop called Mohan Saree Centre, and we are located at No. 13 Sangeetha Market. You can find us right on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to walk in. We are in Chickpet, and if you have ever been around here, you know the streets are very narrow and there are people everywhere you turn. We have been sitting in this exact spot for a long time now. The market gets very noisy during the day, especially when the weekend rolls around and everyone is out shopping. We mostly just deal with sarees and not much else. There are bundles of fabric sitting on the floor and stacked up on the wooden shelves. It is not a big fancy showroom with mirrors everywhere, just a regular place where people come to buy clothes for their families. We spend most of our hours showing different colors and materials to whoever walks through the door. Sometimes it gets quite tiring standing on our feet all day, but that is just how the business goes. Sangeetha Market has many shops, but we are easy to find because we are on the ground level. We do not do any big advertising; people just find us or hear about us from their neighbors. It is a practical way to run things. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many sarees, it is always a bit of a mess to clean up.
