We are located over at 1095 Banashankari 3rd Stage, right on that busy stretch of the Mumbai Pune Road. It’s a fast-moving area, and there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks passing by. Our office isn’t anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people looking for a bit of land or a new flat. Chethan Real Estate Agency has been around this neighborhood for a while, so we know the backstreets of Banashankari pretty well. Most days, we’re just sitting at the table with a cup of coffee, waiting for the next client to stop in or for a landlord to call us with an update. It’s a lot of waiting followed by a lot of running around. We don't use any fancy software to manage things; it’s mostly just notebooks and knowing who owns what. The location on the main road is good for business, even if it makes it hard to hear sometimes when the heavy traffic starts up. We’ve grown used to the pace of this part of town. It’s a straightforward job, helping people find a place to stay or a shop to rent. We don’t try to make it sound more complicated than it is. It’s just us here, working every day, trying to stay on top of all the paperwork that comes with real estate.
