Chennakeshava Real Estates

Chennakeshava Real Estates is situated on Banneraghatta Road and we are right next to the HSBC Bank. This part of the city has changed a lot since we first started out. There used to be a lot more empty space but now it is full of buildings and traffic. We help people find houses or pieces of land where they can build something of their own. A lot of folks come in asking about rentals or if there are any new apartments coming up nearby. Since we are next to the bank it is easy for people to find us when they are out doing their errands. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to owners and looking at different properties. Sometimes we are out of the office showing a site to a family so the door might be locked for an hour. We know the streets around here very well and can tell you which areas are quiet and which ones get a lot of noise from the main road. Dealing with property papers takes a lot of time and we have to be careful with the details. It is not an easy job because everyone wants something different. We just listen to what they need and see what is available in our books. The office is small but we have enough chairs for people to sit and talk.
