We are based out of 443 Anjanpura Layout. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Anajanapura Last Bus Stop. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the buses turn around. The layout is still growing, and we have seen a lot of houses go up in the last few years. Our office is a simple place where we keep maps and property papers spread out on the desks. We don't have those big shiny screens or fancy lights. Usually, there is just a pot of coffee going and some folders stacked up on the side tables. People stop by after getting off the bus to ask about plots or rentals in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time walking around the different blocks, checking on things. It’s a lot of outdoor work, so we are often out of the office during the peak daylight hours. When we are inside, it’s mostly just us catching up on notes or talking to folks who have lived here as long as we have. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the city center, which is why people like it here. We don't try to sell anyone on big dreams. We just show them what is available and tell them the facts about the land. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who know the local streets well and do our work honestly.
