Chamans Real Estates

Chamans Real Estates is located at 400 HRBR Layout in Kalyan Nagar. We are tucked away on 4th B Cross in the 2nd Block. It’s a residential area mostly, so it is a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs. Our office is a small room with a couple of chairs and a table where we spread out the property maps. Most of our time isn't actually spent in the office though. We are usually out walking through the different blocks, looking at houses or meeting people who want to sell their land. It’s a lot of walking and talking to neighbors to see what’s going on in the market. We don't have any big flashy billboards or a website that we update all the time. Word of mouth is how most people find us in Kalyan Nagar. We keep a lot of our notes in a diary that we carry around. Sometimes we meet clients at a local coffee shop if the office is too small for a big group. It’s a very personal way of doing business. We know which houses have been empty for a long time and which ones are just about to come up for rent. It’s just about being around and knowing the layout of the area like the back of our hand. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t need a map to find any of the cross streets anymore. It is just local work.
