Our office is at 153 Marathahalli, right on the Gulab Tower Road. We are across from Lokesh Residency on Sola Road. It is a small office where we help people find places to live or sell their land. The real estate market around here changes fast, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we go over the paperwork. It isn't a polished corporate office. We have maps and files scattered around sometimes. People come to us when they are looking for a flat or a plot in this part of town. We know the local owners and the different buildings quite well. It takes a lot of walking and talking to get things done. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. We just show the property and tell people what the price is. Sometimes a deal goes through quickly, other times it takes months of waiting. We stay busy with the local crowd. It is just a small consultancy trying to make the process easier for neighbors. We've been in Marathahalli for a while and we understand how the area works. We don't make any big promises, we just show what is available in the market and help with the basic registration tasks. We just keep our heads down and help with the local property needs.
