Chai Point

This Chai Point is over at number 79 in M S Ramaiah Nagar, which is part of the Mathikere area. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of students and workers moving around. We opened this spot to be right in the middle of all that activity. The shop itself is quite simple. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations. It’s mostly just the counter and the space for making the tea. People stop by at all hours, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work or college. Mathikere is a lively place to be, and there is always something happening on the street. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just make tea for whoever comes in. Some days it is very hectic and we are rushing to keep up with the orders. Other times, it's a bit slower and we can talk to the regulars for a minute. The staff here are just local folks. We don’t wear suits or use big business words. We just focus on the stove and the orders. The building is easy to spot once you are in M S Ramaiah Nagar. We’ve been here for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of the neighborhood. It’s just a regular tea stall doing its thing every day in the middle of the city. We like being part of the daily routine here.
