Celebrity Real Estate Pvt Ltd is based at 473/1 Indira Nagar, near Krushna Nagar and Lalita Chokdi. Our office is just a plain room where we handle all our paperwork and meet with people who are looking for a place to stay or some land to buy. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies with glass desks and expensive art. We have some basic wooden tables and a few metal cupboards where we keep all the files and property documents. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out in the sun showing people different plots of land around the area. Indira Nagar is growing fast, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from construction nearby. We have a small bench outside where people can sit if we are busy with someone else. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually find us because they saw our sign or someone told them about us. It’s a lot of talking to different people and trying to figure out what they need. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever because of all the government rules, but we just deal with it. We drink a lot of coffee from the shop across the street to keep ourselves going. It’s a humble setup and we just try to do our work properly without any fuss.
