We are over at 129, 14th Main in the Raghvendra Block area. It is a part of the Kalidasa Layout in Srinagara, right here in Bangalore. The office is not very big, just a regular space where a few of us sit and handle things for Cb Richard Ellis South Asia Pvt. Ltd. You can hear the traffic from the main road all day long, especially the scooters and the occasional bus. The 560050 area is pretty busy, but we have gotten used to the noise by now. We spend most of our time at the desks or talking to folks on the phone. It is not like those fancy corporate buildings you see downtown with glass walls and uniforms. We have some old files stacked up in the corner and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. Mostly, we just focus on the property work that needs doing. Sometimes people walk in looking for directions because the layout can be a bit confusing if you are not from around here. We just point them the right way and get back to it. It is a decent place to work, even if the stairs are a bit steep. There is a small shop nearby where we grab snacks in the evening. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighborhood feels like home. It is just a regular office doing regular work every day and we try to keep it simple.
