We are Capricon Consultant Realtors, and you can find us over in Richmond Town. Our office is situated on the first floor of 48 Wellington Street, right near Richmond Road. It’s an older building in a part of the city that has a lot of history. We like the feel of the area, even if the streets get a bit jammed with traffic during the day. We don't have a big, shiny office with fancy lights. It’s just a few rooms with desks, chairs, and maps pinned to the walls. We spend most of our time looking at different properties and trying to help people figure out where they want to move. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. We aren't trying to be the biggest real estate names in the city. We just prefer to do things in a straightforward way. Sometimes we’re out on the road visiting sites, and other times we’re just sitting here catching up on paperwork. The office can get a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we don't mind much. We’ve been around this part of Richmond Town for a while, and we know the shortcuts and the local spots. We don't use any of those slick sales pitches you hear from big firms. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes every single day we are here.
