Our agency, Canara Real Estate, is located at 1359 in Vijaya Nagar. We’re on the 9th Main, right at the 5th Cross. Being so close to the Vijayanagar Main Bus Stand makes it easy for people to drop by, even if they don't have a car. The area is always buzzing with people coming and going from the buses. We’ve been here long enough to see the trees grow tall and the old houses get replaced by new apartments. Our office is pretty simple. It’s just a room with some chairs and a lot of local maps pinned to the wall. We focus mostly on Vijaya Nagar because that’s where we live and work. We know which streets get flooded when it rains and which ones stay quiet at night. It’s that kind of local knowledge that people seem to appreciate. We aren't big on sales pitches. We just show the property, tell them what the landlord is like, and let them decide. Sometimes we help with the rent agreements or just give advice on where to get good plumbing work done. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us trying to make a living by helping others find a roof over their heads. It’s not always easy, especially when the market gets slow, but we manage. People know where to find us.
