We have our office at number 48/4 on Cambridge Main Road. It’s right by the Sai Baba Temple, which is a big landmark in this part of Ulsoor. We’ve been doing real estate here for a good while now. It started when the area began to change and more people wanted to move in. We focus on rentals and sales around Gandhinagar Road and the nearby streets. It’s a busy office. There are always people coming in to ask about flat prices or shop rents. We keep a big ledger with all the listings we know about. Some are just written on scraps of paper. We spend most of our day walking around the lanes, checking out new buildings and talking to owners. It’s a lot of talking. Sometimes we help with the lease agreements because they can be confusing. We don't have a fancy website with professional photos. Usually, we just take a few snaps on the phone to show people. The traffic outside the temple is always crazy, especially on Thursdays. We just sit here with the door open and wait for the next client. It’s not a big corporate chain. It’s just us. We know which houses have water problems and which ones are quiet. That’s the kind of stuff people want to know. We just tell it like it is and try to find a good match for everyone who walks through the door of our office.
