You can find us over at Sri Laxmi Nilaya on Begur Main Road in Bangalore. We are tucked into the 4th Main, 1st Cross area of Hongasandra. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. We aren't just some big corporate machine; we are the people who actually stand behind the counter and make the coffee. Most of our shift is spent grinding beans, steaming milk, and cleaning up the tables after customers leave. It’s a lot of standing on our feet, but we are used to it. The shop is at number 1/4-11 Balaji Layout, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with these backstreets. We have a lot of regulars who come in every morning before they go to their jobs in the city. We don't have any mission statements or fancy goals written on the walls. We just want to make sure the coffee tastes right and the place isn't too messy. It’s a simple job in a busy part of Bangalore. Sometimes the machines break down or we run out of certain snacks, and we just have to fix it and keep going. It’s just a regular coffee shop where we work hard to keep things moving for the local crowd. We like meeting the people who live around here and hearing their stories while we brew their drinks.
