Cafe

Our little Cafe is tucked away in BTM Layout. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of students and people just starting their careers, so there’s always a lot of energy on the streets outside. We aren't a big chain with a million locations. It’s just this one spot where we make coffee and some simple snacks. The furniture is a bit of a mix of things we’ve gathered over time, and the paint might be peeling a little in the corners, but it makes the place feel real. We don't have a fancy espresso machine that costs as much as a car. We just make a decent cup of coffee and try to keep the place clean. People come here to get some work done on their laptops or to meet a friend they haven't seen in a while. We don't rush anyone out. It’s a small space, so it gets warm when it’s full, but nobody seems to mind much. We don't have a big advertising budget or a social media manager. Most of our customers are just people who live a few blocks away and walked past us one day. It’s a basic, functional cafe for the BTM community. We’re here most days from morning until late, just keeping the lights on and the kettle boiling for whoever needs a drink. It isn't perfect, but it's our place and we like it here.
